Order processing times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

Shipping times
We ship from our warehouses located in the United States. 

• Orders shipping within the United States will arrive generally arrive in 5- 7 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays and special sales. 

Shipping costs

• Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $6.95
• Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $100 or more before taxes, have free shipping.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
