If Fit Bodies 4 Life Nutrition products do not meet your expectations, we offer a 100% money back guarantee when you return your purchase within 30 days of ordering (less shipping fees). We are here to help YOU!

Please contact us at info@fitbodies4life.fit. Please have ready the number of this Invoice, your name as used on your credit card. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will process a full refund within one business day.

Multiple Units Returned 
Please note that if you purchase multiple units of a product and are not satisfied, we will refund the cost of up to two opened unit/container and any remaining unopened units/containers.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days…

When returning a product, please get and retain a tracking number (this is your proof that you returned the product). Fit Bodies 4 Life Nutrition cannot be responsible for returned merchandise that we never receive.

Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Downloadable Software PDF's are non refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
